　　Ohio Semitronics, Inc was founded in 1964 by Dr. W. E. Bulman, a pioneer in the then-emerging field of solid state physics. Dr. Bulman made OSI the first company in the US to market and develop Hall Effect devices. Because of Dr. Bulman, and OSI’s President Emeritus John Redmyer, OSI has technological roots in both Battelle Institute and Bell Semitronics, Inc. develops and delivers power measurement technologies such as, transducers and current sensors from its plant in Hilliard, Ohio. OSI’s range of measurement technologies perform in a variety of demanding environments such as, Petroleum and Petrochemical, Electric Utility, Solar and Wind, Test and Measurement, Automation and Control, and Naval surface and subsurface applications.
